Items not in stock will be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer. UPS ground is our normal method of shipping. We also sometimes use DHL, USPS, FEDEX and MOTOR FREIGHT. UPS Delivery can take from 2 to 8 business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count) For additional freight, your order can be shipped UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Air. An additional charge can be added to your order if your item is oversized or overweight. Some items cannot be shipped UPS, DHL, USPS or FEDEX. In those cases, your order will have to be shipped freight truck. Freight truck rates will be quoted to you. We also export and will be glad to quote you rates on international shipping. RETURNS; Returns may be made within 30 days. 15% handling charges may be assessed. You are expected to pay shipping charges to return. Items may not be returned if damaged, not resaleable, dirty, missing parts or instructions, etc. Defective parts may be returned as long as covered under factory warranty for replacement. Special Order items are not returnable. Please call for a Return Good Number before returning an item.
